Eclipse glasses
You do not have to buy anything to watch this eclipse. A pinhole in a piece of card, or the shade under a leafy tree, shows the crescent safely and costs nothing - both are explained here. Glasses are the better view if you have them, and the only way to look at the Sun directly.
Too late to order
Nothing posted now will arrive before the 12th, so there is nothing on this page worth selling you. Glasses bought in a hurry from a stall or a marketplace listing are the ones most likely to be counterfeit, and a counterfeit is worse than nothing - it removes the flinch without removing the damage.
Use a pinhole or a tree instead. For a partial eclipse this deep the ground under a leafy tree fills with crescents, which is the better sight anyway and the one that works with children.
